Introduction to laser machining |
Working range |
X axis: 2500 mm Y axis: 1250 mm Z axis: 115 mm |
| Laser |
TruFlow 2700, TruFlow 3200, TruFlow 4000 |
| Sheet thickness |
20 mm (mild steel) 15 mm (stainless steel) 10 mm (aluminum) |
The intelligent application of a double axis has greatly increased the dynamics and the reaction time of the machine. Especially when processing parts with small contours, much higher processing speeds and increased productivity are the result.

| | An additional Y axis is integrated in the motion unit. Unlike the standard Y axis, it does not move the complete motion unit, but only the cutting head. This makes much higher dynamics possible, and, depending on the part geometry, the processing time can be reduced up to 30%.
