TRUMPF E-Shop: Find the right spare part even quicker

A host of new features makes it even easier to place orders in TRUMPF's Spare Parts E-Shop. Find out about the new functions and ordering possibilities.

Ordering parts using exploded views

With our exploded view drawings, ordering spare parts is child's play. Just click through the various components of your machine and choose the required spare part from the drawing at your ease. You can find any part you need this way.

With a click on the shopping cart, the part lands in the shopping basket. And, what's best about this: You don't have to know the Id. number of the part.

Ordering with a shopping list

Do you often order the same parts or use an inventory control system? If so, this new function will greatly simplify the ordering process for you.

Draw up a shopping list of the spare parts you need in Excel or in your inventory control system at your convenience and import this in CSV format into the E-Shop. All the parts in the list are then automatically placed in the shopping basket for you – with price and availability being checked immediately. You can retrieve this list again for your next order.

Further improvement: Revised user interface

Change machines with a simple mouse click – this is now also possible, thanks to the new user interface. This lets you order spare parts for different machines at one go. The currently selected machine is indicated in the header, where you can also quickly change languages or edit your master data.
