TRUMPF Subsidiary to Open in the Netherlands

Long-term sales partner Möller Metaal to become subsidiary
Ditzingen, Germany, January 31, 2007 – TRUMPF assumed all shares in its long-term Dutch sales partner Möller Metaal B. V. The new subsidiary will operate under the name TRUMPF Nederland B.V. The company is to remain at its current location in Hengelo and continue to employ about 40 people.

Möller Metal has been a TRUMPF partner company in the Netherlands since 1953. The company’s focus was machine tool sales and marketing. Laser sales went directly through TRUMPF. With the integration of Möller Metaal, this will change. The new subsidiary will pool the essential market activities of the entire TRUMPF Group in the Netherlands.
