MultiTools increase the productivity of punching machines significantly, as they integrate up to ten different punches in one tool. This means that various machining steps can be carried out without having to change tools.
This saves time and also space in the linear magazine, meaning that retooling has to be carried out less often. MultiTools are loaded into the tool holder in the same way as other tools, and they can be used at any angle. A program command activates the individual punches in less than one second. |
