Teleservice World-wide support in a matter of seconds - this is what TRUMPF Teleservice offers: Machine and process data are evaluated on-line. Moderne machines equipped with a so-called open controller are the basis for Teleservice. The machine is linked on-line to the PC of the service enginerr at TRUMPF by means of a telephone connection. Although he may be thousands of kilometers away, the service engineer can immediatly inform himself of the situation at the customers's.
This means swifter response and reduces the need for field service.
Teleservice options include fault diagnostics, configuration of machine parameters, all the way to transfer of NC programs, technology tables and software updates.
