| | The new TruLaser Tube 7000 has much to offer. It cuts tubes and profiles with large diameters and wall thicknesses without sacrificing productivity. This new laser tube-cutting machine from TRUMPF opens up application fields that perhaps you never thought of before. For example, it can laser cut tubes up to six meters long with a diameter of up to 200 mm and weighing up to 150 kg. You can even cut tubes with diameters up to 250 mm and weighing up to 225 kg. |

| | Lower costs, more productivity
Compared to conventional processes such as sawing, drilling or milling, you gain productivity with the TruLaser Tube 7000. A part program controls all machine settings without operator intervention. For tubes from 200 mm in diameter, the same clamping jaws can be used. The step rollers, which support and guide the tubes laterally, automatically adjust for various diameters. Even the large scrap containers empty themselves. |

| | Automation with the LoadMaster Tube
You can automate the TruLaser Tube 7000 by adding the LoadMaster Tube. Its tube magazine handles up to 4 tons of raw material fed by the LoadMaster Tube. Prior to processing, the material is checked for accuracy. During the test, the machine software compares the geometry of the tubes that are next in line for processing with stored data. This prevents malfunctions from occurring if the wrong tube is accidentally inserted. In addition, the LoadMaster Tube’s gripper automatically adapts to the measured tube lengths. |
