Rectify / contain the malfunction
If a Technical Guide is available for this error code, you will receive it immediately via the Service app or by email. You will rectify common malfunctions quickly and safely using the solution description with text and images.
If the solution to the problem is too comprehensive, the Technical Guide will help you contain the malfunction and our service engineers will support you as you initiate further& steps as quickly as possible.
If there is no Technical Guide available or, contrary to expectations, the problem cannot be solved immediately, the Technical Service from TRUMPF will help you as quickly as possible.
When purchasing the machine, enter into a service agreement for your machine at the same time. The Technical Guide is free of charge with the current service agreement. If you do not have a service agreement for your machine, the service case will be invoiced as usual.
