Sales Engineer: Stay on top of things with us
Working as a Sales Engineer at TRUMPF is extremely diverse - it is hardly possible to describe a typical working day. But one thing is for sure: You will find the best solutions for our customers every day. Therefore, you are part of a motivated team which consist of commercial clerks and sales engineers in the office and field organization. Moreover, you will work closely with your colleagues in marketing, communication, research, account management, IT, development, and production, but also with external companies and partners.
As a Sales Engineer at TRUMPF, your will accompany projects from the first customer inquiry to the commissioning of the machines. Furthermore, you will generate sales strategies for our business units Laser Technology and Machine Tools. You oversee the whole process management and are in close contact with the customer throughout the entire project. This also includes the estimation of costs, the conceptualization of optimal machine configurations as well as the preparation of offers and the conduction of contract negotiations.
