Service engineer in field service: You get the best out of the machines
At TRUMPF, you benefit from a true wealth of international experience and discover lots of different cultures – after all, you look after our customers' machines around the world. Your team is made up of service engineers in internal and field services as well as management colleagues. Of course, you meet lots of other stakeholders within and outside the company in the course of your daily work.
TRUMPF machines are used all over the world. Our technical service takes care of all customer concerns with regard to installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and much more. As a service engineer, you will advise our customers as part of the office team via remote support, or you will work on the machines directly on site in field service. If you want to join our Service Competence Center, you would be responsible for dealing with larger technical malfunctions.
As a new starter, you undergo a comprehensive training program and therefore get to know our machines better. You initially work together with an experienced colleague in the team. As soon as you are ready to do so, you take over responsibility. You can become an expert for certain machines or provide support as an all-round talent. We provide you with a wide range of career opportunities: If you start as a maintenance engineer, you can gain a qualification as a service engineer alongside your job.
