The highest values for positioning speed and axis acceleration reduce your production times, as well as piercing on-the-fly for cutting with the FastLine Cell, which reduces your non-productive time by up to 40%. The dynamic cutting optics enable very high acceleration, and the magnetic coupling on the work head reduces your downtime.

Simple and convenient operation

The ergonomic control panel is attached to the machine cabin, saving space. It can be rotated and operated from the cabin, or can be moved along the entire front of the machine. The 6D mouse makes it easy to run-in, teach, and move the axes quickly. The control automatically detects which optics are installed so that they can be changed quickly and without error.

The 2-in-1 fiber developed for operation with solid-state lasers makes welding and cutting possible with only one laser light cable. To switch between these processes, you simply need to change the process adapter and the system control adapts automatically to the laser beam. TruTops Cell provides you with everything you need for the convenient programming of your 3D laser processing. Due to integrated standard optics, it covers laser cutting, laser welding, and laser metal deposition. It loads 3D CAD data via numerous interfaces, and corrects it if required. The system automatically creates cutting suggestions in all three dimensions. It also automatically suggests devices.

Software

The extensive range of TruTops software supports you throughout the entire production process. Control your operational workflow in a simple and targeted manner, from managing your customer orders and purchasing processes to delivery of the produced parts. Through the direct coupling with the machine control, you can keep a constant eye on the status of your orders.

Visual Online Support (VOS)

Resolve even the most complex issues via the app – without the need for on-site deployment. Visual Online Support (VOS) enables you to exchange image, audio, and video files conveniently, quickly, and reliably, and thus avoid long machine downtimes.
