With the Trulaser Tube 7000 fiber, the solid-state laser has a broad processing spectrum. The solid-state laser represents fast and flexible processing. Due to RapidCut, the high feed rates of the laser come into their own even on smaller contours. This is a significant productivity advantage, particularly in thinner materials. The open machine concept gives the TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber optimal accessibility during loading and unloading. This means the machine is efficient from a lot size of 1. Due to the Central Link interface, the machine is also optimally equipped for Industry 4.0.

Then the TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber with LoadMaster Tube for a 12.5-meter loading length is the right option for you. Depending on the end product, this can increase your flexibility by nesting blanks in the best possible way, thus making optimum use of your raw material. The LoadMaster Tube feeds the raw material to the machine fully automatically. The swivel-mounted conveyor system with a length of 12.5 meters demonstrates its advantages in intermediate production and special profiles in particular.

Single-cutting-head strategy

With the one-cutting-head strategy, you can process multiple material types and thicknesses with the laser without changing the cutting head.

Cutting package X blast

Save on cutting gas and increase process reliability: The innovative nozzle with patented nozzle geometry enables you to save an average of 33% on cutting gas used for the high-pressure cutting of wall thicknesses between 1 and 3 mm. The process reliability is also improved by the increased nozzle distance.

Magnetic coupling

The magnetic coupling with bellows protects the cutting head against potential damage and dirt, especially in the event of a cutting head collision. This means that production can be resumed after a short time.

Loading

The LoadMaster Tube loading unit means you can set up much faster because the bundle space automatically provides the unprocessed material. The swivel-mounted conveyor system shows its strengths, especially with small lot sizes, intermediate production, and special profiles. It is also possible to set up the LoadMaster at the front of the machine. This allows you to adapt the layout of the machine to your material flow.

Tube store with a storage connection

The loading automation enables you to link TruLaser Tube machines to a tube storage system. Enabling you to load the laser tube-cutting machine fully automatically and unattended. How does it work? A tilt-and-lift station takes the cartridge with the raw material from the store and transfers it to the conveyor unit. It is directly connected to the LoadMaster Tube.

Unloading and sorting

The unloading automation interface with longitudinal conveyor belt was specially developed for the automated unloading of finished parts on TruLaser Tube machines. It contains mechanical and digital components including the longitudinal conveyor belt. The integrator automation can flexibly be connected to the conveyor belt as required.
