We actively engage with the challenges of demographic change. The knowledge that our experienced employees have is very important for us. We want to give them prospects for the future and appropriate employment. We therefore take on new approaches and, for example, are involved in a research project studying skills management oriented to life phases and work process design in industrial service processes.

People with disabilities

We want inclusion to be the norm at TRUMPF. This means diversity in the workforce, which therefore enriches the day-to-day working life of all our employees. We started a drive for this purpose in 2015 and have created additional posts for people with severe disabilities. We place great importance on accessible workplaces and encourage people with disabilities to apply. We also work with disability centres at many of our locations.
