Important questions and answers on the discontinuation of Easy Order
No, the Easy Order app will be fully discontinued and can no longer be used from December 2021, even if you have already downloaded it and set it up. The Easy Order Cockpit in MyTRUMPF is no longer available from this point either.
Orders will be processed as long as the Easy Order app can be called up and is functioning and the orders have been entered in the system. The Easy Order app will be shut down from December 2021.
No, unfortunately the Easy Order Cockpit in MyTRUMPF will no longer be available once the app has been discontinued.
At the moment, no follow-on product in the form of a new order app is planned. You can order your Genuine Parts and tools via the E-Shop. Object detection of Genuine Parts will be offered in the Service app in future. You can also order your Genuine Parts there directly.
At the moment, there is no alternative to object detection. However, this function will be integrated in the Service app in the near future. Your Genuine Parts can then also be ordered directly from there. You can find out more about the Service app by clicking on the link.
Unfortunately, the Scan Punching Tools function will be completely discontinued.
It will be possible to define an Admin for each company in the near future. They can then assign individual rights to each employee so that you can set up an authorisation process once again.
No, it will no longer be possible in future to place orders for individual Genuine Parts and tools using the dashbuttons.
