You need to move quickly if there are problems with your TRUMPF machine or your software: use the TRUMPF Service app or MyTRUMPF to transfer your service cases to our Technical Service at any time. Whether it's about machine or software faults, questions on genuine parts or repairs and maintenance: the Service app is your central contact point for technical questions concerning your machinery and your TRUMPF software. Further functions which will make your working routine easier are now available with immediate effect: an overview of your machines including your own log book, information on maintenance and repairs as well as the status of genuine parts ordered through TRUMPF service engineers. The highlight of the Service app: thanks to artificial intelligence, you can photograph and identify your genuine parts. This means your spare parts questions will be answered even more quickly.

Review machinery and keep a log book

Review your TRUMPF machinery and set up a machine log book. The log book is a digital notebook for your machines which can be used to document any events or information on your machine. This means that you can set up your own machine history digitally – across the company for optimum transparency and paperless documentation.

Manage maintenance and repairs

View information on your maintenance and repairs directly in the app or MyTRUMPF. Download reports on your maintenance and repairs directly.

Track genuine parts ordered through TRUMPF

Has a TRUMPF service engineer ordered genuine parts for you? You can use the integrated tracking function to call up the current order status so you know exactly when to expect the part.

Identifying genuine parts and answering questions on spare parts

You can take a photograph of your genuine parts with your camera via the Service app. The app then detects the part and you can can report a corresponding service case if you have any questions about a spare part.

If your machine or software displays a certain error code, you can indicate it when reporting your service cases. In many cases, a Technical Guide is available to instruct you in how to rectify the fault yourself.

Visual Assistance app: live support from a TRUMPF service engineer

We use Visual Assistance to overcome the distance between you and our service engineers. Thanks to our visual support with effective functions such as sharing or freezing live views or images, for example, we can work together with you to find a quick solution for rectifying your machine or software problem.
