Working Safely During Coronavirus
Communication
- There are monthly remote Staff Meetings that take place and Bi-monthly COVID-19 meetings to keep employees up to date with all the latest information
Survey for employees
- Our survey ‘Returning Back To The New Normal’ has been completed and implemented to the level required
- TRUMPF Ltd are have applied the Government guidelines to enable safe working
External Employees
- Have been provided risk assessments in relation to the COVID19 5 steps to working together guidelines
- They have been equipped with:
- PPE cotton masks
- Face Shields will be supplied where close contact cannot be avoided
- Hand sanitizers
- Disposable gloves
TGB Offices
- Currently, there are more than 90% of internal employees that are working from their home offices
- The entire office and showroom has been deep cleaned and prepared for the 4th July 2020
- A one way system has been be introduced in the office
- Workstation safety for employees
- Social distancing shall continue to be observed using two meters as the guiding principle
- There will be optional face masks for meeting where social distancing cannot be guaranteed
- Rotation of internal staff has been defined in the office to ensure social distancing
- Canteen arrangement and breaks are planned and organised to maintain social distancing guidelines
- Effective from the 4th July, the first phase of administration employees will return to work in the office where comfortable to return
Demonstrations and Training
- We continue to provide virtual demonstrations and training courses
- It is recommend that the digital solutions are implemented for safety and convenience
- However, we are pleased to announce that we are open for our customers
- We request that all of our valued customers comply to our safety requirements
- Hand sanitiser and digital sign in at reception is provided along with;

- Face Shields
- We have opted to maintain social distancing at 2 meter for the first phase of opening
Declaration Documents
- Every visit will be confirmed
- Customers will be asked to complete declaration documents to ensure the safety of our employees.
Risk Assessment compliance
- Appropriate Risk Assessment have been completed and available for our visitors in advance subject to request
- We are proud to confirm that we are COVID-19 Secure
