    Extremely fast in thin sheet

    For sheet thicknesses from 1 to 12 mm, the TruLaser 2030 fiber makes the most of all of its strengths. Production is particularly fast and productive in this range. The TruLaser 2030 fiber not only reaches feed rates of up to 120 m/min, but also keeps up a maximum speed over the entire cutting process.

    Even for sheet thicknesses up to 25 mm, the TruLaser 2030 fiber achieves excellent cutting results. The option of BrightLine fiber, a sophisticated combination of special optics, together with the flow-optimised BrightLine nozzles make this possible. You can also increase your range when it comes to material selection – from mild steel to stainless steel and aluminum, right up to highly reflective materials. A particular advantage: thanks to the high-quality cutting edges, parts do not get caught during removal. You can easily remove them, saving you a lot of time.

    Thanks to PierceLine, the TruLaser 2030 fiber also makes easy work of contours with lots of piercing, meaning you and your production can take on new challenges.

    Process non-ferrous metals with high process reliability

    The TruLaser 2030 fiber cuts thin stainless steel and mild steel particularly cost-effectively in a fusion cutting process. In this area of application, it is even more productive than a CO2 machine with 5 kW. Even with gas-based flame cutting, the results are comparable to a CO2 machine of the same power. The TruDisk solid-state laser is resistant to reflections. Even highly reflective materials such as copper or brass can be processed without affecting process reliability. It also processes aluminum, highly reflective materials such as copper and brass, as well as film-coated stainless steel.

    You can adapt the TruLaser 2030 fiber automation to your production quite simply. You can choose between different installation versions for this. Thanks to its compact design, the laser machine does not take up much space.

    Different lasers are available for your laser cutting machine depending on the power you require: the TruDisk 3001 offering 3 kW or the TruDisk 4001 offering 4 kW.

    With the TruLaser 2030 fiber you can not only carry out cutting processes, but other processes are made possible, too – for example laser welding. Here, you can use the TruDisk in the laser network as a beam source for other machines. This means the hourly or shift-based change between applications is therefore possible.
