The TruMark Station 1000 is the smallest and most compact laser work station from TRUMPF yet. It is an entry-level device at a low price that can be used for economical high-quality marking. It is recommended in particular for small quantities and components. You can use the TruMark Station 1000 for simple marking at the highest quality. The work station is ideal for use as a table work station and for mobile use.
Small and accurate
Marking with the TruMark Station 1000 is fast, easy and flexible. When it comes to consistent avoidance of automation systems and motor systems, the TruMark Station 1000 stands out wherever reproducible high-quality laser marking needs to be performed with low material throughput. With a work area that is accessible from three sides, the lightweight work station is ideal for use as a table work station and for mobile use. The marking field size is 110 mm x 110 mm. A safety-monitored laser protection door provides class 1 laser safety.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, the TruMark Station 1000 can even fit on a desk.
You can benefit from an excellent price-performance ratio.
The small and lightweight TruMark Station 1000 is an excellent choice for mobile use.
The safety-monitored laser protection door makes sure that your employees are safe.
The other options for the TruMark Station 1000 optimise your production process and help to improve user-friendliness.
The operating package consists of a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse to operate the marking laser.
This enables small particles and smoke emissions to be extracted during laser material processing. The module housing is made of steel sheet and features casters. Optionally, the length of the suction hose can be increased. This option is particularly well-suited for frequent marking of plastics.

The pilot laser is used to simulate the marking content with a visible red light on the component via a laser diode. This means that you get an impression of the marking results in advance and can position the component in the marking field even more easily.

A rotary axis with stepping motor and hand-operated chuck enables laser marking of rotationally symmetrical components with a maximum weight of 2.5 kg and a diameter of 65 mm. You can use a TruMark Station 1000 that has been expanded with this option to produce high-quality circumference marking.

In the event of a fault, TRUMPF service experts will remotely access your laser via a secure remote connection. In many cases the fault can be remedied directly in this way, or the configuration of the laser can be modified in a way that permits you to continue manufacturing until the spare part arrives.

The focus finder provides visual assistance for manually setting the correct working distance for the relevant application. It can be used for various focusing lenses.

TruTops Mark
The TruTops Mark marking software makes marking as easy as possible. The TruTops Mark program combines the marking software, CAD editor, management of laser parameters and interfaces, sequence programming with QuickFlow and a diagnostics tool. An intuitive interface puts all the functions at your fingertips. You can easily draw and arrange graphic objects with the CAD editor. The database for laser parameters enables you to re-use optimised parameters many times over. You can use the QuickFlow sequence programming to create "pick-and-drop" programs that control the complete marking cycle from beginning to end. The diagnostics tool visualises and analyses the analogue measured values recorded by its sensors.
The TruMark Station 1000 is optimally tailored to the marking lasers of the TruMark Series, offering the right solution for every application.
