Numerous options make working with the TruLaser Station 5005 not only easier, but, due to reduced non-productive times, also noticeably quicker and therefore more productive.

The right focusing optics help you to ensure reliable material processing: BEO processing optics for welding, or PFO programmable focusing optics for scanner welding, for example.

The VisionLine image processing system automatically detects geometric features on the component, such as a joint gap. It corrects the NC processing program as required. This enables you to improve the quality of your components while keeping costs low.

The optional rotary axis of the TruLaser Station 5005 is used for welding rotation-symmetric components. You can select the optimally parameterised rotary axis depending on the size and weight of the component.

The motorised swivel axis quickly moves the focusing optics into the correct position. This enables the focusing optics to be rotated ± 120º.

The Panel PC evaluates image signals and offers convenient operation. This enables quick and simple teaching directly on the component via touchscreen.

To process larger components, you can expand the safety cabin to the left and/or right by approx. 350 mm on each side. This increased work area makes it easier to integrate devices.

In the clamp tower you can position, clamp or centre welded components. Two independently controlled clamping elements hold pressure dies or centring devices. They individually adjust the clamping force and speed using pressure regulators and throttles.

The travel range of the X-Y cross table is 300 x 300 mm². The T grooved plate is used for flexible mounting of the device.

The TruLaser Station 5005 provides you with a variety of media interfaces for simple device integration. It enables the use of multiple digital inputs and outputs, as well as a comprehensive gas supply and pneumatics.
With the motorised focusing you can switch between heat welding and deep welding without the need for any manual settings. This helps to reduce non-productive times to a minimum.

Smart Teach app
Smart Teach is an application for your PFO programmable focusing optics. It makes it easier to create and set up laser welding programs. The digital camera transmits the live image to the app. This enables convenient teaching directly at the component. If you want to create and teach in geometries, you can do this by way of intuitive gesture operation on a tablet PC.

Visual Online Support (VOS)
Resolve even the most complex issues via the app – without the need for on-site deployment. Visual Online Support (VOS) enables you to exchange image, audio, and video files conveniently, quickly, and reliably, and thus avoid long machine downtimes.

TruTops PFO for scanner welding applications
The TruTops PFO offline software enables you to conveniently program your 2D and 3D laser processes: simply create the desired paths, edges or surfaces in the editor. Alternatively, you can load existing workpieces from CAD programs and program processing operations based on these.

Software
The extensive range of TruTops software supports you throughout the entire production process. Control your operational workflow in a simple and targeted manner, from managing your customer orders and purchasing processes to delivery of the produced parts. Through the direct coupling with the machine control, you can keep a constant eye on the status of your orders.
Depending on the application you can choose from a wide range of solid-state lasers and select the perfect one for your needs. The TruLaser Station 5005 can be equipped with all fibre-guided TRUMPF solid-state lasers with laser powers up to 1000 W.
The diverse modular optics kit, which has stood the test of time, harmonises perfectly with the TruLaser Station Series 5000 thanks to its compact design.
