Laser welding systems
Laser welding systems from TRUMPF are the ideal tool when it comes to welding metals or other materials. They can be used to optimally join materials with high melting temperatures as well as high heat conductivity. Benefit from higher productivity and quality in comparison with conventional welding processes: less preparation is needed for joining and the welding speed is up to ten times higher than with other welding processes. As a result of the low heat input during the laser welding process, you produce workpieces that are virtually distortion-free and perfect seams that typically need no further post-processing. When it comes to seam geometry, laser welding systems offer you more freedom than any other process. There are barely any restrictions in the choice of materials either: the small melt and the short, controllable melt duration mean that laser welding systems can even join materials that would otherwise not be weldable.
TruLaser Cell Series 1000
The TruLaser Cell Series 1000 is the laser welding system for the endless welding of tubes, profiles and strips, as well as for welding rotationally symmetrical components.
TruLaser Cell 3000
The 3D laser machine TruLaser Cell 3000 from TRUMPF can be used for two and three-dimensional cutting and welding, as well as for laser metal deposition (LMD) and therefore for additive manufacturing. From prototypes to large-scale series production, this multi-talented machine displays its superiority across the board.
TruLaser Cell Series 7000
No matter whether it comes to cutting, welding or laser metal deposition, you are always perfectly equipped with the modular TruLaser Cell Series 7000 laser system. The high flexibility of the machine enables you to process both two and three-dimensional components, and even tubes.
TruLaser Station 5005
The TruLaser Station 5005 is a universal workplace for the affordable and space-saving processing of small and mid-size parts. Depending on the requirements, you can connect the laser welding system to various solid-state lasers from TRUMPF, as well as equip it with various processing optics.
