    Expert for strips, tubes and profiles

    The TruLaser Cell 1100 is a flexible beam guidance system that you can integrate easily into your production line. It is specially designed for the endless welding of any seam geometry on strips, tubes and profiles, as well as welding of rotationally symmetrical parts. You have a lot of freedom when it comes to the material. With the laser welding system you can weld steel, stainless steel, aluminium and even non-ferrous metals, from a tenth of a millimetre up to several millimetres thick. The flexibility, quality and reliability are increased through the wide range of welding optics with linear or swivel axes, as well as sensor systems for seam detection and tracking (e.g. SeamLine or SeamLine Pro). Depending on the application and material, either CO2 or solid-state lasers from TRUMPF are used.

    The TruLaser Cell 1100 Basic Edition is an entry-level machine that impresses with its simple operation, low investment costs and high welding speeds. With minimal costs per welded metre, the TruLaser Cell 1100 Basic Edition offers you laser tube welding that is even more cost-effective.

    The TruLaser Cell 1100 PC offers a long axis for welding profiles in various angle positions. The TruFlow CO2 laser is securely integrated in the housing.

    The TruLaser Cell Series 1000 is individually customisable – regardless of the traverse path of the linear axes, working height or travel range. The beam sources used are CO2 lasers from the TruFlow product group and solid-state lasers from the TruDisk and TruDiode product groups. The beam can be positioned parallel or vertical to the processing direction on a case-by-case basis. The application can be optimised with further adjustment axes of the optics.

    The TruLaser Cell 1100 T and TruLaser Cell 1100 T-fibre are suitable for tubes and right-angled profiles. It welds centred or vertical seams. If the installation surface on the roll forming system is limited, the TruFlow CO2 laser can be placed on a separate sub-frame.

    The TruLaser Cell 1100 is a flexible beam guidance system that can even perform welding jobs on rotationally symmetrical parts. Variable adjustment and swivel axes offer ideal options for optimal accessibility to the workpiece.

    The TruLaser Cell 1100 has been specially developed for the endless laser welding of tubes and profiles. Its compact structure enables it to be integrated problem-free into an existing profiling machine. The concept enables the tube/profile welding machine to be converted to various product geometries with minimal idle times. The solid structure and dust-proof encapsulated beam guidance system guarantee constant process conditions and maximum laser safety in an industrial environment.

    Due to the high beam quality of TRUMPF lasers and the resulting highly concentrated energy input to the workpiece, gas-tight and non-porous endless seams can be achieved without any melt deposits on the inner and outside walls of the tube.

    For thin materials up to 0.4 mm, the SpeedLas optics from TRUMPF enable the highest process speeds. Using heat conduction welding, the physical effects of the so-called "Brewster angle" are used to gain impressive increases in productivity.

    The TRS mirror focusing optics have a clear aperture of 50 mm, as well as a special swivel axis in order to align the laser beam at a defined angle in relation to the workpiece. The optics feature welding nozzles to the coaxial and lateral gas supply. The focal lengths of the focusing mirror range from f = 100 mm to f = 300 mm.
