Extended solution
If there is no Technical Guide available or, contrary to expectations, the problem cannot be solved immediately, the Technical Service from TRUMPF will help you as quickly as possible. -
Invoicing
When purchasing the machine, enter into a service agreement for your machine at the same time. The Technical Guide is free of charge with the current service agreement. If you do not have a service agreement for your machine, the service case will be invoiced as usual.
