The amount of space required is low, which means it can be easily integrated in any application environment – the construction with a separate parallel oscillating circuit enables flexible arrangement in the process – a distance of up to 82 feet can be achieved between the generator and the application. With the variable line voltage, the generators can be used globally without technical modifications; the wide variety of available interfaces facilitates configuration and operation.

Ideal solution for temperature-controlled processes

Parallel oscillating circuit technology reduces setup times, improves productivity, and extends the application spectrum. As a result of flexible power control from almost 0% to 100%, temperature-controlled processes can be optimally controlled using the TruHeat MF Series 3000 / 5000 / 7000 generators. Reliability and long-term stability in operation guarantee a high level of productivity and reproducibility of the results. The taps of the MF output transformer enable easy adjustment to various induction processes.

Various options are available to ensure optimal adjustment of the MF generators to the given application.

Switchable output voltage

The output voltage can be switched from 300 V to 600 V, providing optimal adjustment to demanding heating processes.

Undervoltage trip

With the undervoltage trip option, it is possible to switch off the generator via potential-free contacts.

Safety switch device

The safety switch device is required for operation of the MF generator or the induction system in the Performance Level according to ISO 13849.

User-friendly software TruControl Power

Operating program TruControl Power

Using the Windows-based TruControl Power software, the generator can be conveniently operated, configured, and monitored from a PC or laptop.

The choice of suitable system components means that the MF generators can be optimally adjusted to the required application.
