TruPrint 1000 and TruPrint 2000 with the multilaser function are the most productive 3D printers for metal dental components to date. With this function, 3D printers from TRUMPF produce much more efficiently than with conventional methods such as milling machines. There's even more: the possibility of linking both machines to milling stations is another highlight. This increases the range of applications for dental 3D printers. We also have the TruPrint 1000 Basic Edition in our lineup. It is affordable and robust, intuitive to use and reliable.

Two sizes to choose from

Do you predominantly process crowns and bridges? Depending on the part throughput, you can choose between build plate sizes with diameters of 100 mm (TruPrint 1000) or 200 mm (TruPrint 2000).

Multilaser option

Both the TruPrint 1000 and the TruPrint 2000 are available with the Multilaser option. This gives you maximum productivity, increased parts' availability and great flexibility when processing customer orders. The two TRUMPF fiber lasers (2x 200 W for the TruPrint 1000 and 2x 300 W for the TruPrint 2000) scan the build area simultaneously, generating up to 80% more parts in the same time with the same part quality. We therefore offer the fastest metal 3D printer on the market. The 55-µm beam diameter of the TruPrint 2000 allows you to achieve a very high surface quality and level of detail. The low degree of surface roughness also saves time during post-processing.

Multiplate option

Manage order peaks quickly and benefit from a longer machine runtime without manual intervention. This is possible thanks to the optional intake of up to four substrate plates in the build cylinder of the TruPrint 1000. With this option, the substrate plate can be changed automatically without interrupting the build process. The machine software controls the plate change fully automatically once the first build job is complete and the next one is being started. Substrate plates with finished build plates are collected in the overflow bin. You therefore save time, resources and personnel costs with the Multiplate option - particularly overnight and on the weekend.

Printing single abutments on pre-built base parts

The Preform option of the TruPrint 1000 is suitable for the precise and quick production of individual single abutments. The part costs are also reduced significantly as only the patient-specific portion is printed. Up to 64 individual single abutments can be printed on one preform. It is easy to remove them from the plate. Automated preform detection is an important milestone in the further development of additive technologies in the dental sector.

With the next generation of the TruPrint 1000, we are continuing our success story - with even higher productivity and premium quality thanks to the full-field multi-laser and completely redesigned homogeneity of the gas flow. The new design of the TruPrint 1000 is optimally structured so that the machine fits through a standard door and can find its place in any laboratory, e.g. in the dental field or in universities.

Performance

The combination of the two options - Multilaser and Multiplate - makes the 3D printers by far the most efficient complete package for dental 3D printing. You benefit from very robust machines which produce extremely reliably thanks to remote services, as well as from consistently high surface qualities and perfectly reproducible precision fits.

Simple metal 3D printing: affordable and robust

The TruPrint 1000 Basic Edition is based on a machine concept that has been tried and tested over many years. It has a build plate with a diameter of 98.5 mm for the production of up to 100 sections (crowns and bridges). The system is affordable and robust, intuitive to use and reliable. It also manufactures at a high speed. Optionally, it can be equipped with a glove box and an analog sensor for monitoring the very low oxygen level in the build cylinder.

Dental plates

The dental industry also benefits from the many advantages of additive manufacturing. Any desired complex indications can be constructed highly precisely and in record time layer-by-layer with bio-compatible material. The units on the substrate plate shown were manufactured in approximately three hours with around 1,200 layers.

Removable partial dentures (RPDs)

The mere 55-µm beam diameter of the TruPrint 2000 laser allows you to achieve a very high surface quality and level of detail which is a huge advantage for dental technology. The low degree of surface roughness also saves times during manual post-processing.
