Internships abroad

International postings

International postings are an important part of career development. Our employees switch to a foreign site for a period of three to five years. A specialist team supports our employees as well as their accompanying partners and families throughout the process, from the first information meeting through to their return after the foreign posting. Beforehand, the entire family can take a look-and-see trip to get a better idea of the local conditions. Our dual career program also helps partners with professional and social integration in the assigned country.

International project work

We always have a need for knowledge transfer and support in short-term international exchanges as part of development projects. We advertise these projects internationally and welcome applications from our employees. This provides transparent and sustainable support for the exchange process.
