Context help, online messenger and service monitor at the same time. If a TRUMPF technician has to be called out, you can communicate this via the service app directly from the production hall or alternatively via our customer portal on the Internet site. No queues. Progress is displayed in real time. The current status of ongoing service calls is available at all times.

E-shop: Send in your order enquiries around the clock

The TRUMPF e-shop makes your purchasing easy, rapid and focused. It helps you to identify the correct genuine parts, compares the order with your machines and offers you many ways to determine the correct and individually suitable genuine part.
