The following new functions are included in this update:
- Log book
On the machine details page, you can document your own important information about your machines. All entries can be viewed company-wide, as can the service cases. This information is primarily intended for your own use and is not currently available to Technical Service. - E-Shop integration
Jump directly from the Service app to the E-Shop for Genuine Parts to order your spare parts. - Improved login function for shared accounts
Users who share their account with other people will no longer be logged out automatically. - Rework of the Technical Guides
Service engineers can now send you Technical Guides directly through the Service app by linking them to your case.
