An average power of 25W and a high available pulse energy provide you with the best marking results with the TruMark lasers. The high power of the marking laser, which for the TruMark 6030 is 25 percent higher than for common 20 W lasers, improves productivity and cost efficiency. You can also use the TruTops Mark marking software to mark free forms and complex geometries in 3D. The marking laser product range includes all common wavelengths. This means you can also mark flame retardant plastics with UV marking lasers to a high quality. Through the integrated power measurement and calibration, you can ensure that the power of the laser always remains constant. TruMark lasers provide you with very short reaction times, scalable laser power, as well as integrated power measurement and calibration for short cycle times and marking quality which remains high.
High system availability
The TruMark marking lasers are designed for industrial continuous operation and are robust against acceleration up to 2 g, so suitable for robotic applications, for example. Due to the sealed electronics and optical areas, they can also withstand dirty production environments and are protected against dust and spray. Safe operation of the lasers is guaranteed due to the two-channel safety circuit. With Performance Level e, the TruMark 6030 increases process reliability to the highest level. All TruMark marking lasers have remote maintenance. Perfect integration for the highest demands
The TruMark 6030 has what a marking laser needs for optimal integration into a machine: Compact dimensions and a low weight – due to the supply unit and industrial PC in 19'' format. The integrated defocusing unit creates additional space during integration; there is no need for an additional axis. The removable connection cables provide further flexibility so that the machine design can be developed independently of the marking laser. The air-cooled lasers are equipped with numerous interface options and, in addition to short cycle times and the shutter safety function, also offer an installation wizard.
