    Small and accurate

Marking with the TruMark Station 1000 is fast, easy, and flexible. When it comes to non-automated and non-motorized systems, the TruMark Station 1000 marking is performed with low material throughput. With a work area that is accessible from three sides, the lightweight work station is ideal for use as a desktop work station and for mobile use. The marking field size is 110 mm x 110 mm. A safety-monitored laser protection door provides class 1 laser safety.

    Extremely compact

As a result of its compact dimensions, the TruMark Station 1000 can even fit on a desk.

    Quality at a good price

You can benefit from an excellent price-performance ratio.

    Easy to transport

The small and lightweight TruMark Station 1000 is an excellent choice for mobile use.

    A focus on safety

The safety-monitored laser protection door makes sure that your employees are safe.

TruMark Station 1000 – your starting point for laser marking
    Your starting point for marking

The TruMark Station 1000 is the smallest and most compact laser work station from TRUMPF yet. It is an entry-level device at a low price that can be used for economical high-quality marking. It is recommended in particular for small quantities and components. You can use the TruMark Station 1000 for simple marking at the highest quality. The work station is ideal for use as a desktop work station and for mobile use.

TruMark Station 1000 in combination with the TRUMPF one-box lasers
    Optimum combination

Combining the TruMark Station 1000 with the TRUMPF one-box lasers gives you a true desktop solution. You can start marking as soon as you have connected the devices to the power supply – you do not need a supply unit, additional connections, or electronics.

Annealing with the TruMark 1110 and TruMark 5010 one-box lasers

    Marking Data Matrix Codes

The combination of TruMark marking lasers and the TruMark Station 1000 is ideal for long-lasting identification of a wide range of different workpiece shapes and materials. You have great flexibility when marking serial numbers, Data Matrix Codes, or bar codes and so can ensure that the components are easy to trace. In contrast to stick-on labels, marking by annealing on metals is long-lasting and durable.

Discoloring the material with the one-box laser

    Customizing lipsticks

The TruMark Station 1000 is an excellent choice for customizing small series in particular. This enables giveaways, such as customized lipsticks, to be marked at events, for example. In the process used here, dye molecules are deliberately discolored or faded. The surface remains smooth.

Foaming of plastics with the TRUMPF one-box lasers

    Foaming of plastics

The most compact of the TRUMPF marking systems is ideal for customized marking on ballpoint pens, name badges, or ID cards made of plastic, as it can be used in offices or for mobile use. During foaming, the laser heats the plastic to cause a short melting process. During the subsequent cooling process, small gas bubbles become trapped and diffuse the light that falls on them and is reflected. This type of laser marking produces a raised marking.

Additional options for the TruMark Station 1000 optimize production and improve user-friendliness.

    Operating package

The operating package consists of a monitor, a keyboard, and a mouse to operate the marking laser.

    External exhaust system

This enables small particles and smoke emissions to be extracted during laser material processing. The module housing is made of steel sheet and features casters. The length of the suction hose can be increased, as an option. This option is particularly well-suited for frequent marking of plastics.

    TruMark laser pilot laser
    Pilot laser

The pilot laser is used to simulate the marking content with a visible red light on the component via a laser diode. This gives you an idea of the marking results in advance so you can position the component in the marking field even more easily.

Rotary axis of the TruMark Station 1000
    Rotary axis

A rotary axis with step motor and hand-operated chuck enables laser marking of rotationally symmetrical components with a maximum weight of 5.5 lbs. and a diameter of 2.5 in. You can use a TruMark Station 1000 that has been expanded with this option to produce high-quality circumference marking.

    TRUMPF Remote Service
    Remote Services

In the event of a fault, TRUMPF service experts will remotely access your laser via a secure remote connection. In many cases the fault can be remedied directly in this way, or the configuration of the laser can be modified in a way that permits you to continue manufacturing until the spare part arrives.

    Focus finder

The focus finder provides visual assistance for manually setting the correct working distance for the relevant application. It can be used for various focusing lenses.

    TruTops Mark

The TruTops Mark marking software makes marking as easy as possible. The TruTops Mark program combines the marking software, CAD editor, management of laser parameters and interfaces, sequence programming with QuickFlow, and a diagnostics tool. An intuitive interface puts all the functions at your fingertips. You can easily draw and arrange graphic objects with the CAD editor. The database for laser parameters enables you to re-use optimized parameters many times over. You can use the QuickFlow sequence programming to create "drag and drop" programs that control the complete marking cycle from beginning to end. The diagnostics tool visualizes and analyzes the analog measured values recorded by its sensors.

The TruMark Station 1000 is optimally tailored to the marking lasers of the TruMark Series and offers the right solution for any application.
