TruMatic 6000 fiber

Ensure optimum productivity and process reliability when cutting non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, and even titanium

Productive thin sheet machine

The TruMatic 6000 fiber combines highest process reliability and flexibility. The solid-state laser opens up a wide range of materials to you, and processes thin sheets with cutting speeds of up to 1338 in/min. In this way, you can process non-ferrous metals, film-coated stainless steel, and galvanized sheet particularly productively. Intelligent solutions for operation parallel to production ensure that your investment pays off even faster. Various automation options guarantee process-reliable operation during the night and on the weekend.

Maximum productivity

Cutting speeds of up to 1338 in/min ensure your thin sheet processing is highly productive.

Efficient and economical

The solid-state laser guarantees a high level of efficiency and an excellent energy balance.

Scratch-free processing

The descending die enables scratch-free punching and forming processes.

High variety of materials

The TruDisk cuts non-ferrous metals, film-covered stainless steel, and galvanized sheets efficiently.

Gentle removal

You can remove parts in a process reliable way via sensor-protected flaps.

Clever automation

With the SheetMaster, you can load, unload, and sort parts in a process reliable and automated way.

TruMatic 6000 fiber, single cutting head strategy
One cutting head for everything

With the TruMatic 6000 fiber, you can process all types of materials and thicknesses with the same cutting head due to the beam guidance. There is no need to change the head, meaning that non-productive times are reduced.

Complete processing of the part – generally not required

The electro-hydraulic punching head completely processes parts, and for the most parts, makes downstream work steps, such as deburring, unnecessary.

SheetMaster, loading unprocessed materials, and unloading and sorting finished parts
Fast loading and unloading with optimum process reliability

The SheetMaster loads material parallel to production. As such, production continues without interruption, regardless of whether you are changing materials or replenishing supplies.

Extended forming options

High quality outer contours and delicate inner contours: With the slim laser head of a TruMatic, you can cut very near to, or even on, forms which have already been created. You can also achieve unusual contours with process reliability. You can process non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, or titanium to the highest quality due to the solid-state laser. You can integrate formed sections quite easily into the process sequence. In the process, the material is always handled gently, and carefully removed from the machine.

Material range

The TruDisk solid-state laser is resistant to reflections. Even highly reflective materials such as copper or brass can be processed without affecting process reliability.

With the TruDisk solid-state laser and the descending die, you can process the entire material spectrum, including formed sections, at an outstanding quality level. You can even cut copper and brass reliably with optimum edges.

Quality

TruMatic 6000, descending die
Descending die

The descending die enables scratch-free punching and forming processes. If required, the die can be lowered during positioning so the sheet does not have any contact with the die – for both punching as well as higher forming dies. When forming downwards, there is no longer the risk of things getting caught.

TruMatic 6000, brush table
Ball tables or brush tables

For sensitive materials, which must not have any scratches underneath, you can use brush tables combined with the descending die. Parts which are to be subsequently painted, can also be processed on the handy ball table.

Process reliability

Smart load

Smart load supports sheet alignment on the machine. A sensor in the clamps detects when they do not clamp the machine correctly. If this is the case, the machine table, including sheet, moves.

Smart unload

If a finished part does not fall through the part removal flap as expected, a sensor detects this and it is rectified by the machine. Your part is detached and is removed safely.

Smart punch monitoring

Before the tool change, smart punch monitoring checks whether a hole was actually punched into the sheet. In this way, the machine detects at an early stage when punches are broken, and can pass this information on to the operator. This means that you can avoid rejects, particularly during night and weekend shifts.

Connectivity key visual
Digital connection and integration for smart solutions

Seamless integration of multiple TRUMPF machines into your own software environment is very easy. We have the right solution for every combination, whether it be integration into Oseon or a connection to monitoring and analysis tools. A connection to third-party software systems is also possible with our interfaces based on the OPC UA standard.

Cost-effectiveness

Integrated flattening

During the punching of sheet metal, compression and tensile stresses are placed on the workpiece which can cause sheet deformation. The integrated flattening machine function and the corresponding tool make it possible to even out surface irregularities during the punching process itself.

TruMatic 6000 fiber, protective glass
Protective glass

The protective glass reduces lens wear by optimally protecting the beam guidance against dirt. Due to a special coating and the highest purity of the lens, the best cutting results are guaranteed.

Flexibility

MobileControl app

With the MobileControl app from TRUMPF you can operate and monitor your machines easily and with flexibility as the app transmits the interface of the standard control panel onto the touch screen of your tablet PC. In addition to the static control panel, you have another option for monitoring and controlling your machine.

Large format processing

The TruMatic 6000 fiber is available in different sizes. The large version enables the processing of parts in a working area of up to 120 x 42 inches. This means even particularly large parts can be processed and more part geometries are possible.
