Our highlights

TruMark 7050

The TruMark Series 7000 has fiber laser beam sources with average powers of up to 200 W. Due to the high average power combined with very high repetition rates and highly dynamic scanners, processes can now be significantly accelerated. The modular build up marking lasers are quickly integrated with plug-and-produce connections and a compact machining head. In addition, it’s possible to set the TruMark Series 7000 different pulse lengths and shapes. This creates a high degree of design freedom in your applications.

TruDisk 1020 with green laser and a TruPrint 1000

TRUMPF will demonstrate how to print pure copper and other precious metals using Laser Metal Fusion. To achieve this, developers connected the new TruDisk 1020 disk laser with the TruPrint 1000 system. Conventional systems use an infrared laser as the beam source, which can't weld highly reflective materials such as copper and gold. This can be done with laser light in the green wavelength spectrum. With these technology advancements, printing can be more economical than milling or casting a piece, which inevitably entails a loss of material.

TruMicro Mark – simply flexible
TruMicro Mark 2000

The TruMicro Mark 2000 is the first all-around turnkey solution for an ultrashort pulse laser in a marking station. The package, which can also be obtained as an OEM solution, includes a scanner, laser cooler, and marking software in addition to the laser. The TruMicro Mark 2000 is ideally suited for you if you are looking for a marking unit for laser markings with ultrashort laser pulses.

TruMicro 2030

Ideally suited for ablating, drilling, or cutting thin films and foils, the TruMicro 2000 has the added flexibility of a tunable pulse duration, ranging from 400 fs to 20 ps. The laser also maintains critical parameters such as beam quality and pointing direction, regardless of the pulse duration. In the IR, the pulse energy can go to 100 uJ, and a green option is also available. The TruMicro 2000 series are fiber-based ultrashort pulsed lasers which have an industrially robust design in a lightweight and compact form.

TruMicro Series 5000, quick and cost-effective
TruMicro 5380 Femto

The TruMicro 5380 Femto Edition is ideally suited to cutting PI and mulitilayer stacks with high speed, a small heat affected zone, and a superior edge quality. The TruMicro 5380 is a proven 3rd generation industrial design with excellent pulse-to-pulse stability. All of this together with excellent beam quality and high average powers of up to 36 W ensures maximum productivity in micro-materials processing.
