What is an E-catalog?

A TRUMPF E-catalog is a file you receive from us in different formats. Your E-catalog contains important product information on the TRUMPF Genuine Parts relevant for your machines along with the current prices (please remember the limited validity of the prices). We provide E-catalogs as a simple Excel table (.XLSX file), a CSV file or - according to BMEcat standard (2005 version) - as an XML file. You can request the TRUMPF E-catalog in MyTRUMPF specifically for just one of your machines or for several, and then easily download the file following the link. The E-catalog can either be used as a simple spare parts list or you can upload the file to your ERP or order system.

Where can I request the TRUMPF E-catalog?

Gain an overview of your machines in MyTRUMPF, where you can also request the E-catalog specific to your machines, in the file formats XML (BMEcat 2005), XLSX (Excel) or CSV. The download link will then be sent to you by e-mail.

Side note: BMEcat

The catalog exchange format BMEcat was developed by the German Association for Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Logistics (BME) together with the Fraunhofer Institute and the University of Duisburg-Essen. BMEcat is an XML-based standard for exchanging catalog data. It defines how data fields are structured and described within an electronic catalog. BMEcat is an independent catalog exchange format for multimedia product catalogs. BMEcat integrates product descriptions and enhances them with commercial data as well as information for data transmission.

Not only does TRUMPF provide E-catalogs as XML files according to the BMEcat standard, but also in the formats XLSX (Excel) and CSV.
