Service cases: respond directly at the machine

Direct help, online detector and service monitor all at the same time. Fix some service cases yourself: the Service app will provide instructions for error corrections (Technical Guides) via error code input. If a TRUMPF technician has to be consulted, you can contact them directly from the production hall via the Service app or alternatively via MyTRUMPF. You will also receive the reply from the technician via the Service app or on your desktop. No wait loop. All progress is displayed in real time. The current status of ongoing service cases is available at any time.

E-Shop: place orders around the clock

Order your Genuine Parts fast and easily online in our TRUMPF E-Shop. Tailored to your machines. It is fast with the Quick Order function, which means you can place the part of your choice directly in the shopping cart by entering the material number and quantity. It is easy thanks to our well-structured product catalog or the detailed exploded views. Identify your parts directly at the machine even without the name or material number immediately available.

Machinery: look in the log book

Find the relevant data, current equipment, service agreements and warranties for each of your machines. You can even directly download operating instructions and service reports on repairs and maintenance. MyTRUMPF will also display suitable training courses for your machines. You can then switch directly to the Training Center and book the corresponding training courses.

Overview and tracking: keep an eye on all your orders

Total transparency of all orders. You keep the oversight of the current order status, of its location and when you will receive it with the overview and tracking functions. Even the corresponding invoices are available for download at this point. Order tracking also works for purchases made over the phone or via other options.

Software: stay up-to-date

You will find all the information on ongoing service agreements as well as the current version of your software products in the up-to-date software overview. Current updates are available for download. You will also find installation instructions, release notes and other documentation at this point which you can download as needed as well. Software updates are only available with the valid service agreement.

Programming data for special tools

Start production as soon as the tool arrives. You will find programming data for your tools as well as software updates in the Download Center. The requested data is usually available even before you have received the tools. This gives you the clear advantage of speed as you can start work preparation immediately after downloading the programming data. You do not need additional hardware such as a USB flash drive so you can maintain your safety standards.
