Service app: new helpful functions

You need to move quickly if there are problems with your TRUMPF machine or your software: use the TRUMPF Service app or MyTRUMPF to transfer your service cases to our Technical Service at any time. Whether it's about machine or software faults, questions on genuine parts or repairs and maintenance: the Service app is your central contact point for technical questions concerning your machinery and your TRUMPF software. Further functions which will make your working routine easier are now available with immediate effect: an overview of your machines including your own log book, information on maintenance and repairs as well as the status of genuine parts ordered through TRUMPF service engineers. In addition, you can photograph and identify genuine parts and order them directly via the TRUMPF E-Shop. Without logging into MyTRUMPF again.
