The TruLaser Cell 3000 allows for highly precise and flexible 3D laser welding of sheet metal assemblies. For this purpose, multiple sheet metal parts are joined to one component and its quality and reliability ensured. The machine can achieve 17 weld seams in 30 seconds. As a result of a minimal heat input, there is virtually no warping of the component. Seam geometries and welding depths can be selected freely.
In prototype construction, the quick and easy setup of new components, as well as cutting quality, are decisive. The two 3D laser systems, TruLaser Cell 5030, and TruLaser Cell 7040, are especially designed for applications in this challenging field. This is due to the TruLaser Cell 5030, which, in comparison to competitors, has a smaller installation surface. This provides customers not only the benefit of reduced machine costs, but also low energy and maintenance costs.
The TruLaser Cell 7040 3D laser cutting machine is especially suitable for cutting large, three-dimensional components, such as a motor cover.
