TruMatic 3000 fiber

The productive punch laser machine for your sheet metal processing – forming and tapping included.

Productive universal machine for punched and laser parts of the highest quality

For all-rounders aiming to manufacture productively and yet economically: the compact TruMatic 3000 fiber combines the advantages of punching technology with high-quality laser cutting. Parts can be manufactured entirely on just one machine, thereby eliminating the need for follow-up processes. It achieves outstanding part quality thanks to the descending die and is easy to operate with the touchpoint HMI.

One machine, many options

You can laser, form, punch, tap, emboss, mark, engrave and deburr with a TruMatic machine.

High-quality results

Scratch-free punching thanks to the descending die.

Clever parts handling, automatic loading and unloading

Removal and sorting solutions for small to large parts. The SheetMaster Compact loads and unloads, the SortMaster Compact sorts finished parts.

Compact and energy-efficient

The Delta Drive brings more dynamics to the machine – and saves 25% of the installation area compared to a punch laser machine.

Flexible laser processing

With the robust TruFiber solid-state laser, you can achieve excellent productivity even when cutting non-ferrous metal.

Simple operation

The dynamic Delta Drive requires 25% less installation surface and - in combination with the solid-state laser - 65% less energy than a punch laser machine with hydraulic drive.

Watch the TruMatic 3000 fiber in action: the machine manufactures your punched/laser parts quickly, precisely and with no scratches.

Environmentally friendly power package

The innovative Delta Drive not only saves space and expands your material handling - it also scores points when it comes to environmental protection. Working together with the solid-state laser, it reduces the system's power input by around 65% - which relieves your operating costs while also benefiting to the environment.

Automatically well sorted

Your machine automatically sorts parts up to a size of 7 x 7 in.

Clever unloading: part removal flap

A large part removal flap enables automated unloading of parts up to a size of 16 x 24 in.

Punching and laser cutting in one

Material range

The TruFiber solid-state laser is resistant to back-reflections. Even highly reflective materials such as copper or brass can be processed without affecting process reliability.

Cost-effectively produce small parts

Thanks to the "Small part ejection" function, you can cost-effectively produce high quantities of small parts from relatively thick material.

Extended forming options

High quality outer contours and delicate inner contours: With the slim laser head of a TruMatic, you can cut very near to, or even on, forms which have already been created. You can also achieve unusual contours with process reliability. You can process non-ferrous metals such as brass, copper, or titanium to the highest quality due to the solid-state laser. You can integrate formed sections quite easily into the process sequence. In the process, the material is always handled gently, and carefully removed from the machine.

Sustainability

Energy-saving Delta Drive

With its hybrid axis concept and electric punch drive, the Delta Drive is extremely energy-efficient. Combined with the solid-state laser, it saves around 65% energy compared to a conventional punch laser machine. That significantly reduces your CO2 footprint.

Quality

Descending die

The descending die enables scratch-free punching and forming processes. If required, the die can be lowered during positioning so the sheet does not have any contact with the die – for both punching as well as higher forming dies. When forming downwards, there is no longer the risk of things getting caught.

Ball tables or brush tables

For sensitive materials, which must not have any scratches underneath, you can use brush tables combined with the descending die. Parts which are to be subsequently painted, can also be processed on the handy ball table.

Integrated flattening

When punching sheet metals, compression and tensile stresses are placed on the workpiece which can cause sheet deformation. The integrated flattening machine function and the corresponding tool make it possible to even out surface irregularities during the punching process itself.

Process reliability

Universal cutting unit

Your TruMatic is equipped with a reliable universal cutting unit corresponding to the solid-state laser. This earns high marks due to its improved process reliability and simplified operation. Its robust design is built for everyday industrial use and makes it resistant to collisions.

Smart punch monitoring

Before a tool change, this function checks whether the sheet has actually been punched. In this way, the machine detects at an early stage when punches are broken, and can pass this information on to the operator. The smart punch monitoring function therefore avoids rejects, especially during night or weekend shifts.

Ejection of small parts

The Delta Drive decouples the punch and the die and so enables new punch applications. One highlight of punch laser operation is process-reliable removal of small, laser-cut parts. The upper tool punches with a slight offset, which means that small parts do not fall through the die into the scrap container but instead slide through a part chute into waiting boxes.

Sorting function

Your machine automatically sorts parts up to a size of 7 x 7 in. Finished parts go through a chute into an intermediate buffer storage. There are four different boxes under the machine. The intermediate buffer storage moves to the correct box and adds the parts to this.

Parts conveyor belts

Parts that are removed via the large part removal flap can be transported into boxes via conveyor belts.

Chip conveyor

The chip conveyor can be used to automatically transport punching slugs into a container.

Loading + unloading

The SheetMaster Compact takes over the process-reliable loading of sheets as well as the unloading of microjoint sheets and scrap skeletons. In this way, the machine operates completely automatically, if required, with a load capacity of up to three tonnes. This increases productivity and also relieves the strain on the operator.

Sorting

The SortMaster Compact removes and sorts the parts from your punch laser machine fully automatically. Especially when it comes to small and complex parts, the individually controllable suction cups make it possible to remove parts in the optimum way. Due to the minimal installation area, there are no extra space requirements.
