All of our Agreements include a flatrate for TRUMPF Visual Assistance, our videostreaming platform, that you can use with Smart Glasses or an app on smart phones and tablet.

  • 2 Preventative Maintenance (PM) visits for TruLaser / TruLaser Tube / TruMatic and TruPunch machines and 1 PM visit for TruBend machines per Service Agreement year by a preventive maintenance technician certified by TRUMPF. All PM travel expenses and labor are included.
  • 10 % consumable discount for TruLaser / TruLaser Tube / TruMatic machine or $500 tooling credit for TruPunch and TruBend machines
  • 10 % replacement parts discount for covered machine
Premium

  • 10 % consumable discount for TruLaser / TruLaser Tube / TruMatic machine or $500 tooling credit for TruPunch and TruBend machines
  • 10 % replacement parts discount for covered machine
  • Service Labor and all travel expenses for 3 missions (not to exceed 10 days).
  • Up to $50,000 replacement parts allowance for TruLaser / TruLaser Tube / TruMatic and TruPunch machines or $30,000 replacement parts allowance for TruBend

Transparency Service Agreement

General Conditions for All Service Agreements

  • The Service Agreement duration is one year unless otherwise agreed to for any Standard, Premium and Premium Plus Agreement.
  • The scope of supply applies exclusively to the machine under the Service Agreement.
  • The Remote Agreement renews automatically until the end of the term for another year. The customer can opt out anytime.
  • The performance of the maintenance work will be conducted by a preventive maintenance technician certified by TRUMPF.
  • Service Agreement discounts or allowances do not include any machine options or upgrades. Shipping charges are excluded from the discounts and allowances. In order to receive the discount or allowance, the serial number of your machine must be provided at the time of the order.
  • TRUMPF’s standard return policy for defective parts that have been exchanged or new parts that are not required applies for all consumables, replacement parts or tooling under the Service Agreement. The Service Agreement Partner will arrange for these parts to be picked up and pay for the return freight to TRUMPF. TRUMPF reserves the right to invoice the Service Agreement Partner for these parts if the Service Agreement Partner fails to arrange the return of exchanged or non-required parts.
  • This Service Agreement is for services only and does not provide, add to or extend any product warranties.
  • All TRUMPF Services Agreements are governed by the TRUMPF Terms and Conditions for Services (see Machine Tool Terms and Conditions)
