Is laser technology right for your project? Let's find out and experience our laser innovations live on site. At our Laser Application Centers (LAC), we offer comprehensive consulting services in the areas of laser processing, materials, fixtures, and design to help you find solutions for your production tasks. Whether laser welding, cutting, marking or surface processing – discover our laser sources, optics and sensor systems, along with practical savings in scrap and energy consumption.

Two mechanical steps eliminated – efficiency through laser welding

Replacing screwed joints with welded connections increases automation and boosts productivity. Currently, the conductor strand is first crimped to the connector and then screwed to the busbar. Laser welding replaces these two mechanical joining steps, enables lightweight designs and improves electrical efficiency through lower contact resistance as well as more compact, more reliable connections. Ideal for modern series production with high quality and efficiency requirements.

Perfect marking results on highly reflective materials – reliable, precise, efficient

Experience how the VisionLine AI filter solves problems with highly reflective materials at our in-house exhibition. Combined with the TruMicro Mark 2230 ultra-short pulse laser with green wavelength and excellent beam quality, it offers maximum precision and consistent marking results on a wide variety of materials. Visit us and see quality, efficiency, and reliability in action.

Laser cleaning – more adhesion, more corrosion protection, more process reliability

Laser cleaning produces precisely prepared surfaces for reproducibly reliable adhesive bonds on a wide variety of base materials, such as aluminum or steel. Targeted laser remelting of the surface expands the process spectrum, increases adhesive strength, and minimizes crevice corrosion, especially on aluminum castings. The TruMicro Series 7000 offers high pulse energy and optional extensions such as extraction, 90° deflection unit, Crossjet, or VisionLine.
