Thanks to its 6 kW laser power, it sets new productivity standards on the market, while achieving impressive energy efficiency at the same time.

With this intelligent online seam tracking on the TruArc Weld 1000, all you need to do is bring the welding torch to near the start position and the Cobot takes care of the weld setup distance and torch position. The welding track is adjusted live during welding.

The new generation of the TruBend Series 8000 meets your needs for precise production, versatility, high installation height and high press force. You can bend particularly large and heavy parts up to 8 m in length - even in tandem operation now. You can achieve a bending length of up to 12 m, but you can also process smaller workpieces at several bending stations.

The integrated gas mixer automatically mixes the cutting gases nitrogen and oxygen. The combination of gas mixture and high laser power ensures improved part quality for aluminum and structural steel.

The new FlexLine cutting process for TruLaser machines offers the possibility of cutting a wide range of structural steel and surface qualities reliably and in high quality. The increased material tolerance ensures more flexibility in your production.

The patented nozzle geometry enables cutting gas savings of an average of 33% when high-pressure cutting in wall thicknesses of 1 to 3 mm. The increased nozzle spacing also increases process reliability when laser tube cutting.

With the TruLaser Station 7000 combined with the TruFiber 2000P, you can weld complex three-dimensional components. Thanks to the image processing system VisionLine Detect, geometric characteristics are automatically recognized, and maximum process reliability is guaranteed. The Quality Data Storage enables seamless traceability of machine and process data. This data can then be made available to an external MES. 

In the TruMark Station 7000 with the TruMark 7050, TRUMPF demonstrates the surface cleaning of a three-dimensional component. For this application, the component is moved continuously under the marking system using a robot. 

In this concept case, a three-dimensional component is marked in the TruMark Station with TruMicro Mark 1020 using a black marking process. Loading and unloading is carried out by a flexible cobot cell. The position and quality control of the marking is ensured by the integrated VisionLine system. The test result can be provided to a MES. 

HS-LMD welds deposited layers to the substrate in the same way as conventional laser metal deposition (LMD). Due to very high process speeds and the associated rapid cooling, higher material strength levels are achieved. Even difficult-to-weld materials like cast iron can be processed, making it ideal for coating of brake discs. Thanks to the coating, the defined limit values for brake abrasion set by the Euro-7-Norm can be reached.
