When small parts are cut on a 2D laser cutting machine, they are connected to the residual grid with microjoints or nanojoints. To enable you to easily separate the parts from the sheet metal, we offer you an efficient solution with the part separator. Compared to manual sorting, you separate the parts up to ten times faster from the residual grid. The finished parts remain of perfect quality during sorting and no damage or jamming occurs.

With the CleanMaster Slat 1000, the TruTool TSC 100 slat cleaner is automatically guided to clean the slats. This saves you personnel resources and your employees can concentrate on value-added tasks. The CleanMaster Slat 1000 can be used in parallel with main production, at off-peak times, and even at night. The initial effort is low: in just a few steps, the machine is positioned on the laser cutting machine and the desired program is selected via the cockpit.
