With the EdgelLine Bevel process, you can introduce chamfers at different angles and countersinks in several sizes into the parts. In addition, you can round the edges of your parts directly on the machine. This saves you additional process steps and at the same time increases the optical quality of your components.

Maximum productivity with minimum surface area - that's your challenge. BrightLine Speed leads to an increase in cutting speed of up to 60 % and reduces gas consumption by up to 50 % at the same time. This significantly increases your personal competitiveness - and with an improved CO₂ footprint. 

Do you want to process XXL tubes and profiles fully automatically and cost-efficiently? Then the TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber with LoadMaster Tube for 12.5 meter loading length is the right option. Depending on the end product, this increases your flexibility by nesting blanks in the best possible way and thus making optimum use of your raw material.

The open machine concept makes the TruLaser Tube 7000 fiber optimally accessible for loading and unloading. Thanks to the tube storage system with storage connection, tubes are automatically loaded from a 24-ton tube storage system with the help of a tilt and discharge station. The interface of the tilt and lift station is the LoadMaster Tube.

With the new BrightLine Scan welding process, you can weld small joint gaps robustly and flexibly, adjust seam widths specifically and influence seam scaling. Take your laser welding to a new level and open up new fields of application, e.g. in thick sheet metal and aluminum, and reduce spatter.

The TruBend Series 8000 meets your needs for precise production, versatility, large installation height and press force of max. 1,000 t. You can bend particularly large and heavy parts up to eight meters long – even in tandem operation. You can achieve a bending length of up to 16 m, but you can also process smaller workpieces at several bending stations.
