With the TruDisk 5001, TRUMPF presents its new disk laser generation: whether for welding, cutting or for the surface processing of metal - the intelligent and energy-efficient high-power solid-state laser is predestined for all applications that require high power and brilliant beam quality. More compact and robust than ever, the TruDisk 5001 also scores with its inner values: the hardware has been optimized for Industry 4.0 and makes your production fit for the digital future. You also have the flexible choice between an integrated heat exchanger up to 28°C in the supply line or of integrated compressor cooler up to 38°C in the supply line.

With the TruLaser Weld 5000, you use the benefits of a completely ready-to-use system for automatic laser welding. Using only one machine, you can flexibly weld deep and strong seams or rounded, smooth seams. With FusionLine, you can also connect components with gaps. The versatile unit with its different component positions can be adapted precisely to your requirements. The swiveling control panel, the additional status monitor and the rotary module for routing the shielding gas also facilitate work at the unit.

The EHT ProfiPress 170 impresses at the TRUMPF booth with its high robustness, flexibility and cost-effectiveness - even at low capacity utilization. The excellent value for money and the simple and easy-to-use multi-touch operation make the bending machine your individual favorite worker. Due to adapters, the EHT ProfiPress 170 is flexible - regardless of whether you opt for an EHT tool system or for a third-party tool system.

The well-formed and further developed beveler, TruTool TKF 1500, is being presented for the first time at the Schweißen & Schneiden trade fair. With 2600 W, the new motor is extremely powerful and in combination with the optimized gearbox, it has a high load capacity. A soft grip support on the motor ensures an ergonomic gripping area and the integrated hand protection supports a sense of safety during the operation. In combination with the TruTool user app, preparing the weld seam is even easier. The result is an even faster, perfect welding seam.

In the field of manual tools, TRUMPF also convinces with sheet metal expertise: the new battery-operated shears and nibblers and the wireless power fasteners and seam lockers combine high performance and ergonomic working. The battery-optimized gear head and the brushless motor ensure an up to 60 % longer battery service life. Due to their compact design with soft grip, you can work for long periods comfortably and saving energy.
