Comprises a classic configuration and is fitted with a 4-axis backgauge, a standard tool set, and a traditional QuickClamp tool clamp, with which you can also set up tools from third party suppliers. The classic model is designed for a broad range of bending tasks.

Comfort Model for versatile bending

The Comfort model stands out with its extended configuration with 4-axis backgauge, hydraulic TRUMPF tool clamp and CNC-controlled crowning. The Comfort model will cover all of your bending requirements.
Classic model from € 80,500 *

The Classic model from the TruBend Series 1000 is best suited for the production of box bending parts, the station bending of medium and large lot sizes, and simple profile applications for medium and large lot sizes. Further information:

  • Precision: The simple and easy to operate TRUMPF RA control with CNC-controlled crowning compensates for the deflection and continuously ensures accurate angles over the entire bending length (RA stands for "right angle").
  • Programming: Use the 3D and 2D DXF drawing import for automatic programming, bending sequence optimization, tool suggestion, and collision avoidance. A TecZone Bend test license is included in the scope of delivery.
  • Safety and customer support: The TRUMPF ECO system with Bend Guard and our remote services guarantee safe bending and fast customer services.
Comfort model from € 84,500 *

The Comfort model from the TruBend Series 1000 has all of the properties of the Classic model and also offers the full TRUMPF scope of functions. It comprises the TRUMPF clamping system and is perfect for box bending parts in small and medium lot sizes. With the Comfort model you will also benefit from:

Are there optional functions for the TruBend Series 1000?

The TruBend Series 1000 is only available in pre-configured models. These are optimized for the requirements and applications of bending customers. You have the choice between the Classic and Comfort models.

 Can I start working with the TruBend Series 1000 immediately after start-up?

Yes, the machine will be supplied with an initial set of upper and lower tools (1.5 m each). This first tool set is mainly designed for the final inspection, although you can also use it for your bending applications.

The machine is also supplied full of oil so you can start working with your new TruBend Series 1000 immediately.

 Can the TruBend Series 1000 be programmed offline?

Yes, the TruBend Series 1000 can be programmed offline using TecZone Bend.

The machine includes a demo licence for the software, that you can use and test for 12 months from the date of planned delivery of the machine.

 What type of control is the RA control of the TruBend Series 1000?

The RA control (right angle control) is a machine control developed by TRUMPF. Its design is based on the offline programming system TecZone Bend and includes a user interface (UI) that is very easy to operate.

 The Classic model has a traditional tool clamp. What kind of tools does this tool clamp work with?

The traditional tool clamp works with tools from other manufacturers, which a lot of customers already work with.

 Can the LASERdur tools from TRUMPF be used with the TruBend Series 1000?

Yes, the established and high-quality TRUMPF LASERdur tools can be clamped on to the TruBend Series 1000.
