Conditions of participation

As part of an incentive, (TW) TRUMPF Werkzeugmaschinen SE + Co KG (hereinafter referred to as "TRUMPF") is organizing a prize draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"). The following conditions of participation apply exclusively to participation in the promotion.

Participation is open to all TRUMPF customers in Great Britain (hereinafter referred to as "promotion countries"). The promotion starts on 04.09. and ends on 30.11.24.

Employees of TRUMPF, of companies affiliated with TRUMPF, and promotional partners are excluded from participation. 

In order to participate in the prize draw, the customer must make at least 40% of their sales online in the e-shop during the 3-month campaign period.

TRUMPF is entitled to exclude individual participants from the campaign if there are justified reasons. Justified reasons include, in particular, violation of the conditions of participation, manipulation of the campaign or the provision of false data. In order to participate, all personal details must be truthful. 

TRUMPF reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the promotion at any time and without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that would disrupt or prevent the promotion from running as planned. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, TRUMPF shall be entitled to demand compensation from this person for any damages incurred. Of all customers per country who have made 40% of their sales online, a winner will be drawn at random after the campaign period and informed of the prize by e-mail. The winner will receive a tablet. This will be sent to the winner by post.

TRUMPF will collect, process and use the personal data provided by the participant exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the campaign. In all other respects, the provisions of TRUMPF's privacy policy apply.

TRUMPF shall only be liable - irrespective of the legal grounds - if damage has been caused by culpable breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) in a manner that jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract or is attributable to intent or gross negligence. If TRUMPF is liable in accordance with the above paragraph for the breach of a material contractual obligation without intent or gross negligence, the liability shall be limited to the extent that TRUMPF could typically expect at the time of conclusion of the contract on the basis of the circumstances known at that time. The above limitations or exclusions of liability shall not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, limb or health, for liability claims under the Product Liability Act or in the event of a contractually agreed no-fault obligation to assume liability or if the relevant circumstance giving rise to liability was fraudulently concealed. If the termination of the campaign is caused by the behavior of a participant, TRUMPF shall be entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

There is no legal entitlement to the prize. Legal recourse is excluded. There is no legal entitlement to the prize. The prize is not transferable to other persons and cannot be paid out in cash.
