MyTRUMPF User Guide: "My machines"

You can find the overview page of your machines in the main navigation's "My Factory" section under "My Machines". The overview page contains a list of all of your TRUMPF machines. You can use the search function on the top right to find a particular machine directly using the machine number.

Using the intelligent filters (top left), you can also limit the selection of your machines, for example by specific machine types. You can also add a new machine directly using a form via the "Add machine" button on the top left.

You can also request an E-catalog: a digital spare parts catalog that you can upload into your own inventory management system with data relevant for you.

In addition to viewing a tile display of your machines, you can also switch to the list view. To do this, simply click on the list symbol on the right above your list of machines. The list view is another type of sorting you can use.

If you would like to call up all the details for a machine, simply click on the arrow for the respective machine. In the list overview: at the right edge of the table. In the tile view: at the bottom right of the individual tile. You are then taken directly to the corresponding machine detail page. Incidentally, in the tile view you can also switch directly to the E-Shop and order spare parts and tools for the respective machine.

At the top of the detail page, there is a short overview of your machine: Here you can find the machine number, the year of manufacture, the location as well as information on the warranty period.

Below this you can request an E-catalog, report a service request for this machine and, depending on the machine, call up the PunchGuide or WeldGuide.

On the left below the machine image, you can switch directly to the E-Shop and order spare parts and tools.

Below you will find several tabs with various information about your machinery. Depending on the country and the machine, you can call up the following information: service agreement, machine equipment, training, operator's manuals, mission reports of maintenance and repairs, and condition reports.

Using the "Manage machine" button on the top right, you can open up a form to inform TRUMPF about changes to your machine. You can also add the machine to your favourites.

Has the location of your machine changed or are there other changes to your machine that you would like to inform us of? Simply use the form and we will change your machine information as quickly as possible.

Is a particular machine no longer a part of your machinery? You can also easily inform TRUMPF of this using a form so that we can remove the machine concerned.
