TRUMPF offers more transparency in financing

TRUMPF Financial Services and COMPEON are cooperating on sales financing. TRUMPF’s Finance Manager digital platform brings transparency on the best financing offers.

Ditzingen, February 21, 2017 – The high-technology company TRUMPF has decided to offer its customers a digital marketplace for financing. In the future, customers will be able to use the new Finance Manager platform to collect and compare different offers from banks and leasing providers. TRUMPF Financial Services GmbH, the company’s own bank, is collaborating on this platform with COMPEON, Germany’s largest B2B financial brokerage portal. In addition to financing for TRUMPF products, the platform supports financing for other manufacturers’ machinery and vehicles, and even commercial real estate financing within Germany.

“In setting up this digital platform and working with COMPEON, we’re aiming to tap into global markets more quickly and efficiently. To do that, we offer our customers transparency that goes beyond our own products, so they can find the best financial solution to suit their needs,” says Hans-Joachim Dörr, Managing Director of TRUMPF Financial Services GmbH, of the new financing platform.

Nico Peters, Founder and Managing Director of COMPEON, adds: “Almost every consumer product has found its sales channel via the web. B2B customers now expect the same kind of digital service for financing. COMPEON is forging new paths in sales financing.”

To begin with, the Finance Manager digital platform for investment financing will be available in Germany, Italy, the UK, the Netherlands and Spain. More countries worldwide will be added in the coming months. TRUMPF has spent the past decade building up its international sales financing activities TRUMPF Financial Services GmbH has held a full banking license since 2014.
