TruFiber P compact CW fiber lasers are characterised by the product code numbers “TruFiber yy0x P compact”, where yy is the rated power of the laser in 100W steps, and x is the diameter of the delivery fiber in 100 μm steps (except that x=0 indicates a single mode or near single mode (50 μm core) fiber).

QUBE and PRISM lasers are characterised by the product code numbers which begin SP-xxxx-Y-ddd-ll-ZZZ, where xxxx is the rated power (W), Y indicates the product format (C for QUBE case, M for PRISM module, F or G for QUBE cabinet), ddd is the delivery fiber diameter (μm) and ll its length (m), and ZZZ indicates the fiber termination type (those beginning with a P use the patented fiber design referenced above).

TRUMPF its ns welding technology enables the welding of similar and dissimilar metals that have hitherto been difficult or impossible to weld together.
