The on-demand bending cell for small parts switches between manual and automated operation in just a few simple steps.

The mobile bending cell can be docked onto the TruBend 7050 in just a few minutes and requires less than 10 m² of installation surface. For manual mode, simply disconnect the Flex Cell again. You can thus use the same bending machine manually or automatically. Designed for boards up to 500×380 mm: The cell produces brackets, tabs, small housings, and similar components in as little as four seconds per bend. With automatic tool change and a parts store that holds up to 24 different boards, it operates autonomously for extended periods, even at night and on weekends. The fully automated panel bending specialist for thin sheet parts of up to 4 mm – bent extremely quickly and mark-free
Bends thin sheet parts up to three times faster than a press brake machine, with absolutely no manual intervention. As the sheet metal remains stationary and only the tools swivel, many bends are created in a single process. Even tight radii, large curves, and folds can be produced this way virtually mark-free, even on stainless steel. This makes the TruBend Center particularly appealing for enclosure and electrical cabinet construction, for boxes up to 350 mm in height, and components with visible surfaces.
