The compact and robust TruTool TSC 200 is designed for fiber lasers with high laser power and correspondingly hard slag up to 25 mm. This is independent of the material. Several factors are decisive for the high cleaning quality and performance. For example, the geometry of the cleaning tool and the feed support. In addition, the balanced weight distribution of the housing and motor ensures smooth and ergonomic operation. The cleaning time for a system pallet of 1500 mm x 3000 mm with partial loading is approx. 15 minutes. We recommend the optional feed support if you need to clean slag thicknesses of > 15 mm. When using slat care liquid, cleaning becomes significantly easier: The fine protective film reduces both the formation of slag, as well as its adhesion to the bars. The liquid works reliably on all common cutting materials – both on mild steel and copper strips. Downstream processes are not affected by the protective film.
The cleaning process combined with the machine installation ensures smooth running and noise reduction.
The roller does not need to be dismantled for cleaning and also reduces the feed force to be applied during cleaning.

Minimal force required
TruTool TSC 200 automatically adapts to different slag thicknesses of up to 25 mm and achieves optimum cleaning results at a laser power of > 6000 watts. This is independent of whether it is hard slag or mixed slag. We recommend the optional feed support if you are cleaning slag thicknesses of > 15 mm. This is attached to the TSC 200. This reduces the feed force to a minimum. No additional aids are required and time-consuming preparations are unnecessary.
Ergonomic and practical
The ergonomically shaped plastic handle makes it easy and convenient to place the machine on the pallet to be cleaned. In addition, the positioning markings on the housing cover and handle indicate where the slat to be cleaned is located.
Easy maintenance
An LED display on the electronics box actively supports the machine operator with tool changes and service intervals. The integrated LED indicators light up yellow and red to indicate when the cleaning tools should be changed or when a service is recommended. This ensures safe work processes, which have a positive effect on the cleaning result and the longevity of the machine.
Slat care liquid
The thin protective film forms a barrier between the slat and slag, thus minimizing slag formation and adhesion. This makes it much easier and faster to clean the slats. Slat care liquid is suitable for all common cutting materials, does not interfere with downstream processes, and, together with the mechanical cleaning of the slats, ensures components are clean.
The perfect combination
Slat care liquid is the perfect addition to slat cleaner. Apply slat care liquid to new or cleaned slats to form a protective film. Then cut your parts as usual. Subsequently, clean the slats mechanically using slat cleaner, and reapply slat care liquid to renew the protective film. This will reliably protect your slats and extend their service life.
Pneumatic spray gun
Spray both sides of the slats from a distance of about 30–50 cm at a 45° angle. The nozzle produces a fine water fog that ensures even and safe application.
