1. Importing components
Import CAD data from all common 3D programs directly into the CAM Control Zone. Your parts remain saved in the Parts Library and are available to you at any time for further processing.
2. Checking and preparing
Clicking the "Edit" button opens a 2D CAD view of the component. Here you can review the process and, if necessary, make minor changes to the model.
3. Reviewing manufacturing options
During import, TruSmart CAM Suite automatically generates a suitable NC program for all available machines, including information on the processing time. This way you can see at a glance which machine will allow you to produce your part most efficiently.
4. Simulating manufacturing
With the integrated 3D manufacturing simulation, you can see in detail how and in what processing sequence the part is manufactured and make optimizations as required.
5. Checking and adjusting nesting
When you click "Create order," TruSmart CAM Suite automatically calculates the optimum nesting for your order. If necessary, you can customize this interactively, for example, for remainder sheets, customer-specific manufacturing requirements, or combining different orders on a single sheet.
6. Generating a NC program
Have all the order parameters been set up to your satisfaction? Then push a button to generate the final NC program and send it directly to the selected machines.
