The action begins on Dec.1^st 2021 and ends on Dec. 24^th 2021. For this purpose, there is an Advent calendar post every day. Every Wednesday as well as on Dec. 06^th and Dec. 24^th 2021 a raffle will be held.

Main prize Dec. 24^th 2021:

• 3 nights incl. breakfast for 2 persons +
• 2x ticket to the PE² conference on May 31^st – June 02^nd 2022 +
• 2x VIP ticket for the gala on June 02^nd 2022 for the 100^th anniversary in the new SC Freiburg stadium

The prize is not transferable to other persons and will not be paid in cash. The main prize is exclusive of outward and return travel. There is no legal claim to the prize. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.

A draw will be held among all commenters, regardless of whether the answer is correct or incorrect. The content of the comment as well as employment relationships or customer contacts have no influence on the chance of winning. The purchase of TRUMPF products and services also has no influence on the outcome of the prize draw.

The winners will be notified after the Christmas break on January 20 at the latest via LinkedIn comment function or personal message.

The winner is obliged to confirm his or her win in writing or by e-mail within two weeks of being notified. If no confirmation is received from the participant within this period, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be selected.

The prizes will not be sent immediately but may not be processed until the beginning of 2022 due to the Christmas holidays. The prizes will be sent to the winner by mail or e-mail to the address provided. The risk is transferred to the winner when the prize is handed over to a transport person. We are not responsible for delivery damage.

Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular first name, last name and email address are true and correct. This data will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the promotion and will be irrevocably deleted at the end of the promotion.

The participant agrees that his name will be published on the website of the competition provider in the event of winning.

In all other respects, the provisions of the TRUMPF data protection declaration shall apply.

TRUMPF reserves the right to modify, change or terminate the contest if the need arises. The participant shall not be entitled to any claims for compensation against TRUMPF in the event of modification, suspension or termination of the contest by TRUMPF.

Applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. These terms and conditions of participation, including the competition mechanics, constitute the final regulations for the competition. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Legal recourse is excluded.
